The Oliva appartment

The Oliva appartment is at the top floor of a wonderful villa in Cipressa and it has an astonishing view of the sea and the lovely village of Cipressa.

The appartment has a big living room with all the comforts that you need: Air conditioning; Electric Hobs; Satalite TV with Italian and German channels; free WIFi; microwave toaster; kettle; american coffee machine; washing machine; dishwasher; a small camping bed for children. It also has an external shower.

The house is composed of a lounge with a kitchen, with a comfortable sofa bed, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

There is also included a large partially covered terrace where it is possible to eat in privacy with a fantastic view and a private garden that is provided with a barbeque and two sunbeds to enjoy the sun of Liguria.

The house is located in a green area surrounded by olive trees. In only five minutes by walking you can reach the village center where you kind find a delicatessen, a pharmacy and newsagent, and two restaurants: L’Oliva Pazza e La Torre.

The entire villa and parking spaces are equipped with a 7-camera self-monitoring system to make your stay more peaceful.

The house from 01/11/2022 to 30/03/2023 can be rented from the month upwards at a price of 750 euros per month, heating costs excluded.
